Dr. Johnny Garcia Receives Business Man of the Year Award

At the Hampton Roads Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's 2016 Service Recognition & Scholarship Awards on May 31st, Dr. Johnny Garcia received the Business Man of the Year Award in recognition of his success as Founder and CEO of SimIS, Inc.
