Army network needs digital twin for training, testing, cybersecurity: NETCOM chief

NETCOM’s commander is asking industry to build a full digital twin of the Army network for training, testing and vulnerability discovery, and said to start small and grow it. That is a modeling and simulation requirement stated out loud by the customer rather than inferred from a budget line.
